推定是司法证明的重要方法之一 ,其与推理和推论是相互联系、相互依存的。根据不同的标准 ,可以将推定分为立法推定与司法推定 ;可反驳的推定与不可反驳的推定等种类。

Presumption is one of the most important methods of judicatory proof,which relates to reasoning and inference very closely.According to different kinds of criteria,the presumption can be classified into legislative presumption and judicatory presumption,refutable presumption and irrefutable presumption,etc.
