试论强化民事行政检察工作之方略

The General Plan of Strengthening Civil and Administrative Prosecutorial Work

司法体制及操作规范等方面的原因 ,造成检察机关民事行政检察监督的乏力 ;为强化民行检察监督 ,须建立我国平行式监督、案件退补制度 ,建立民行追加抗诉制度等方略。

Prosecutorial organization can't supervise civil procedure and administrative procedure properly because of defects of judicial system and operation norm.In order to strengthen civil and administrative prosecutorial supervision,some system such as parallel supervision and return for supplementary investigation system must be set up.
