Financial crime has increased and became intellectization and specialization.It is hard for financial crime investigation departments to meet the current investigation requirements if they continue to use common investigation techniques.Therefore,they must have their own special investigation tech-niques.Only in this way can they attack financial crime more forcefully and safeguard the stability and prosperity of socialist market economy.
