当前,公安队伍管理中存在诸多问题。为此,我们必须提高公安队伍的素质,建立一种长效的管理机制,建立健全管理制度并实行公安队伍的规范化管理,同时改革旧体制并理顺关系。

There exist a lot of problems in the mangement of the public security staff.To improve their quality,a long and effective mechanism of management should be established to optimize the system of management and carry out the standardize management of the public security staff,reforming the old system and shuffling the relationship.
