摘要
从道路交通本身的行业特点出发,交通事故处理的传统人工管理方面存在许多不足,应采用更为科学的方式来解决,即引入地理信息系统GIS来为道路交通事故的预防提供有力的支持。
From the occupational characteristics of the highway transportation,the traditional manual management in handling the traffic accidents has many defficiencies and should take more reasonable ways to solve them.The usher of GIS(Geographic information system) providses the strong support for the pre-caution of traffic accidents.
