摘要
本文在简介了有代表性的技术中性论的观点之后 ,从三个方面分析了现代社会中技术中性的不可能性 ,同时指出了技术的负面作用与社会及人性的相关性。
This paper introduces the neutrality of technology and analyzes the impossibility of neutrality of technology through three aspects. The author thinks the reverse effect of technology is related to the social and human nature. And the author tries to clear up the bias in order to realize the social value of technology.
