摘要
在明确区域创新系统概念的基础上 ,本文对国际学术界 2 0世纪 90年代以来关于区域创新系统问题的研究进行了初步分析和归纳 ,指出在整体研究和主要分支理论研究方面的主要进展 ,并进行了相应评价 ,本文的研究对于我国借鉴国际研究成果 。
This paper is an attempt of an analysis and a conclusion of issues concerning the researches on regional innovation system (RIS) in the academia beginning in the 1990s. It offers the authors' comment followed by a summary of the achievements made in its overall academic study as well as those in researches on its major offset theories. This attempt is worthwhile and helpful as guidance for China's taking over what foreign experts have gained and initiating theoretical studies and substantial researches in the same field.
