Taking into consideration the theory of eliminating effect in positive financial policies in macroeconomics, the author, in answer to the question of the possible existence of eliminating effect in China, analyzes the practice of positive financial policies in demand and supply mechanisms and considers the theoretical eliminating effect not to be the main cause of the indistinctness of the positive financial policies effect but the unique presentation of the effect.
