律师执行职务独立自主 ,不受任何干涉 ,是律师执业的特殊需要 ,有其存在、发展的内在规定性。要改革现行律师制度 。
The independence of lawyers and the reformation of their system count on their professional peculiarities where they are free of interventions while performing their duties. These peculiarities are determined by the nature of a lawyer's duty and its internal prescription. Therefore, a reformation of illegal system is needed to make legal personnel of great value to the people.
