摘要
针对现在图书馆馆员服务意识的淡化,提出态度是基础的观点。并结合当前图书馆自动化的发展,讨论在新的技术环境下,高校图书馆的服务态度和服务意识需要有新的认识,提倡自觉的、主动的图书馆个性化服务。
Attitude and attention to ultimate purposes of a library need emphasizing as indifference to services among librarians increases. The author of the paper, in view of the development of automation in libraries, proposes a re -understanding of services, and especially advocates conscious, active personalized services in libraries.
