摘要
由于犯罪人重新犯罪所表现的主观恶性和客观危害性都远远大于初次犯罪 ,因此 ,加强预防重新犯罪的对策研究具有十分迫切的现实意义。预防重新犯罪应当是一项系统工程 ,它要求家庭、社会和刑释。
The guilty mind and destruction of recriminal is more dangerous than that of new criminal. It is very important to study countermeasurs of Precaution recriminal. Precaution recriminal is a systematic projection, which need home members and whole society in cooperation with rehabilitators.
