摘要
检察权的性质不是一成不变的 ,它随着国家法律监督职能的演变而演变。法律监督职能经历了从产生时与别的国家职能混同到从别的国家职能中分离出来的演变过程 ,检察权也经历了从产生时从属于封建王权到从属于行政权 。
The essence of procuratorial power has changed with the evolution of legal supervisory functions. Legal supervisory functions had evoluted from the combination of state functions to the seperation of state functions, and procuratorial power had also evoluted from the attribution to the administrative power and then to a new kind of independent state power.
