精益生产方式的实施程序研究

The Study on Implementing Procedure of Lean Production

精益生产方式作为一种新型的生产方式,由于其能给企业带来巨大的经济效益,受到越来越多制造企业的重视。但不同类型的企业,实施精益生产方式的程序不可能完全相同。如何创造出具有自己特色的精益生产方式?本文结合我国制造业的现状,给出了精益生产方式实施的指导思想和一般程序。

Lean Production, a new type production, can bring large economic profits to the enterprises and has been noticed by more and more manufacture enterprises. However, different enterprises adopt different procedure of lean production. How to create a lean production with distinguishing features of its own? According to the present situation of Chinese manufacture enterprises, this paper puts forward a guiding ideology and general procedure of the implementing procedure of lean production.
