从企业生产要素和企业管理要素比较看：创新模式企业是对传统企业模式的根本性革命性的变革。我们的传统企业增长大多靠的是“土地、资源、能源、资金、人力”这五大物质性生产要素的投入，反观发达国家近几十年经济增长更多的是依靠“科技、文化、无形资产、信息、国际运作经验”这五个非物质性因素。本文认为，大到一个国家，小到一个企业，企业战略和模式的选择可谓影响深远。企业技术进步与转型不是简单的改造，是遵从新的游戏规则，对生产模式的重新选择、革命性变革和体系再造。

The replacement of competitive advantage between American enterprises and Japan enterprises today determined by the differences between the innovative enterprise mode represented by American silicon valley and Japan’s qualities.In fact,it is in seeds as early as ten years ago for the difference of the strategic management mode.The enterprise strategy and the change of the producing mode's diversities worth thinking deeply.We can draw the conclusion that the innovative mode enterprise is a fundamental and revolutionary change to the traditional enterprise mode seeing from the production factors of the enterprise’s in comparision with the elements of business administration. Our traditional enterprises' increase mostly depend on land,resource,energy,fund and manpower ──five major materialities.The economic growth of the developed countries mostly depend on science and technology,culture,non－physical assets,informntion and international operation experience──five non－physical factors.Even as big as a country,even as small as an enterprise the different choice of the enterprise strategy and mode actually influence far－reachingly.The technological progress and making transition of the enterprises is not the simply transformation but the reselection of the producing mode and revolutionary changes complying with the new game rule.
