医院业务收入变动因素分析与对策

The analysis and countermeasure about the changing factors of the hospital business income

本文通过统计方法，对医院业务收入变动的影响因素及其构成进行了分析，以期找到医院业务收入合理增长的途径，实现医院社会效益和经济效益的同步提高。提出：（一）要开拓新的医疗服务市场，增加工作量，提高医院效益；（二）要理顺医疗价格服务体系，提高医疗技术收费标准，实行医药分离体制；（三）要加强医院综合管理，增强质量意识和服务意识。

In order to find the reasonable increasing way of the hospital business income and make the social benefits and economic benefits of the hospital increase simultaneously,this text analyses the factors and the construction that influence the hospital business income through the statistical method.The author puts forward the following suggestions:(1)open up the new medical service market and increase the work load.(2)make the medical price service system in order to improve the technological expenses of the medical treatment and implement the system of separating treatment from medicine.(3)strengthen the synthesizing management of the hospital and amplify the consciousness of quality and service.
