从创新教育的角度谈高校考试改革

A reform in college examination from the view of innovatory education

高校考试现状不尽理想，不利于创新型人才的培养。考试内容、形式必须改革，应从单一的偏重对知识考察的笔试型，改变为对学生综合素质、创新能力和基本知识的综合考评。在改革的思路和方法上，笔者提出了建立人才评价体系中需要研究和探索的新课题。

The college examination is unfavourable to train the personnel of innovatory abilities.It should be converted from the knowledge－oriented writing examination into the comprehensive assession which is oriented by quality,innovation and knowledge.In this paper,a new idea and methods are suggested.Meanwhile,some problems in the new examination system are discussed.
