市场经济初期 ,企业在实践经济目标过程中不可避免地要产生侵犯主体人性、损害社会公平、破坏生态平衡、践踏制度文明等伦理代价。为了实现追求经济目标和伦理目标、经济效益和社会效益的有机统一 ,就必须通过强化企业伦理理念、强化社会舆论的道德调控、强化规范企业行为的制度化道德保障。

In the early stage of market economy,enterprises inevitably sacrificed ethic values such as infringing upon subjective humani ty,damaging socical fariness,destroying ecological balance,trampling on the inst itutional civilization in the process of achieving economic goals.In order to re alize the organic unity of economic and ethic goals,economic effectiveness and s ocial effectiveness,we must strengthen the ethical senses of the enterprises,en hance the moral control of the public opinions,strengthen the institutionalized moral guarantee of standard enterprise conduct, stengthen the moral quality and ethical duty to conquer the ethic costs in enterprise behavior.
