本文从现代企业制度的产生和发展中概括出现代企业制度的三项重要内涵 ,并结合我国国有企业自身的特点 ,较深刻的理解中央对国企改制提出的产权明晰、权责明确、政企分开、管理科学的实质内容 ,以便使企业在改制过程中不会偏离方向 ,少走弯路。

In this article, summarizes three important points from modern enterprise system's production process and development. with the regard of our state-owned enterprises' characteristics the paper presents a deep understanding of the substance of distinct properties and proprietary rights, definite powers and responsibilities, divided governments and enterprises, and scientific management, which is put forward by the Central Committee of CPC for the state-owned enterprises' system reforming and offers assurance that enterprises would avoid mistakes in the process of system reforming.
