AXT_1—2×250型自行式履带二弧焊机的改造

摘要 AXT_1—2×250型自行式履带二弧焊机在使用中发现发动机磨损严重、油耗大、易损坏转动联接件和柴油机转速不稳等弊病。通过分析电弧焊机的特性、参数及对柴油机工作点的选择,提出降低发动机转数的唯一途径是提高弧焊发电机的功率因数。由弧焊发电机外特性曲线可知,改善第Ⅲ档的焊接动态特性,可以增加电弧弹性,使得焊接电流的偏移量减小,从而提高了功率因数。研制出的外特性控制仪是用电子技术来改善焊接动态特性的设备,它实现了将发动机由1500r/min高速1小时工作点,降至1250r/min较低速10小时工作点上,并增加了遥控电流、防焊条粘连的功能。效率由61%提高到74%,减少了油耗。 Quite a few disadvantages can be found when using an AXT -2×205 type self - propelled, crawler- mounted two - arc welder: severe engine wear, high fuel consumption, quick wear of rotating connection, unstable rotary speed of diesel engine,etc. Through analysis on the performances of the welder and selection of operating points of diesel engine, it is concluded that the only way to slow down engine revolution rate is to raise the power factor of the generator of arc welder. As seen from generator's external characteristic curve, the power factor can be raised by improving the 3rd welding dynamic characterstics, to improve arc elasticity and reduce the deviant of welding current. Using the control instrument, a newly produced device for improving welding dynamic characterist cs by means of electronics, can slow down the operating point of engine from 1500r/min at one hours (high speed) to 1250r/min at ten hour (lower speed) . Also it has the function of current remote control and preventing electrode from bonding. The efficiency is raised from 61% to 74% , and fuel consumption is reduced.
