摘要
我国液化气球罐和其它压力罐的液位测量,除少数引进成套设备的压力罐使用同步电机伺服测量仪、微波测量仪外,大多数一直沿用玻璃板液位计人工观测。这种方法缺点很多,常发生泄漏、堵塞等,测量结果误差较大。球罐光纤液位计是利用光纤传感技术和计算机技术相结合的新型液位计,它具有防火防爆、抗电磁干扰、精度高、安装调试方便、运行可靠、抗腐蚀污染等特点。详细介绍了GY-9200型压力罐光纤液位测量仪的原理、结构、技术规格、安装和使用。校核仪表的精度,是以仪表的机械起始点为基准,采用液化气输入质量和输出质量与光纤液位计自动计量的质量对比的方法求出,而不以玻璃板液位读数作为参照标准。光纤液位计的应用彻底改变了人工观测压力罐储油量液面高度的落后状态。
With a few exceptions of synchronous motor servometers and microwave meters used in imported pressure tanks , level sight glasses have been continuously used for level measurement of LG tanks and other pressure tanks in China,though having meny disadvantages such as frequent leakage and big error. Optical fiber level gage for sperical tank,a new product made from the techniques of optical sensing and computer, is characterised by fire prevention,explosion-proof ,anti-electromagnetic interference, high accuracy, easy installation and adjustment, reliable operation and corrosion resistance. Introduced in this paper are the principle,structure, specifications, installation and application of the GY-9200 type optical fiber level gage. The precision of the instrument, made on the basis of the mechanical initial point of instrument rather than level sight glass,is calculated by comparing the output and input LG masses with the mass measured by the gage. This kind of instrument realised automatic measurement of the liquid level in pressure tanks.
