五权分立思想是孙中山民权主义的重要内容。它的形成过程、形成动队内容构想和制度设计均一致表明，五权分立不是对西方三权分立的简单改造，也不是三权与两权的简单相加，而是在中西方文化融合基础上的复杂创新。为此，应重新赋予其比以前更高的历史评价。

Thought of 'Separation of Three Powers' is important contents of Sun Yat-sen's Principle of Democracy. From its developing process, developing origin, contents scheme and system planning we can see that 'Separation of Three Powers',rather than developed from the simple reformation of western 'Separation of Three Powers' and the powers simply plus two powers,is a complicated based on the integration of western and Chinese culrure.So it deserves higher historical appraise than veer before.
