摘要
通过室内和现场试验研究,确定了原油磁处理效果与原油温度、磁感应强度、原油含水率及磁处理时间的关系,明确了磁降粘减阻效果的保持时间,分析了磁处理作用机理,研制出适合于原油集输用的磁处理器,由此对原油磁处理降粘减阻技术的各种参数做了较全面的优选:适宜的磁感应强度范围100~250mT,较好的磁处理温度范围35~42℃,在1~10s的范围内磁处理时间越长越好,磁降粘减阻的有效保持时间约4h,原油磁降粘减阻效果随原油含水率的上升而下降,其磁降粘减阻率范围80%~20%。在原油集输中应用该项技术,可减少掺液量或降低掺液温度,并降低原油输送温度5~10℃,部分低产液量、低含水油井能够实现不加热集油。
Through indoor and on-the-spot test and study the auther makes clear the relationship between results of magnetic treatment and temperature of crude,intensity of magnetic inductance,rate of water cut and time of magnetic treatment. The auther also makes clear the maintain time of the result of magnetic viscosity decreasing,analyses the action mechanism of magnetic treatment, develops magnetic treater suited to use on crude gathering and transferring and overall optimizes parameters in magnetic treatment.
