摘要
BA－2型原油破乳剂是具有防蜡、降粘、低温脱水性能的非离子型破乳剂。研究了原油破乳剂BA－2水溶液经不同压力和温度处理后的脱水性能变化规律，并对处理条件不同的BA－2水溶液的透光度、脱水率和表面张力进行了综合测试分析，介绍了试验使用的药剂、材料、设备、方法；通过对被处理的BA－2水溶液体系的焓值计算以及分析表明：对BA-2水溶液施加不同的温度和压力，其性能会发生不同的变化；当BA－2水溶液的焓值超过582．2～630．1kJ／kg时，BA－2分子链会发生严重断裂，失去脱水性能。
BA-2 Deemulsifying agent is a non-ionic one,which has the propertids of dewaxing,pour-point decreasing and low tempereature dehydration. Through the enthalpy value calculation of treated water solution BA-2, shows that when different temperatures and pressures exerts on it,its properties can be changed;when enthalpy vaIue of water solution over 582. 2-630. 1 kJ/kg the chain of molecule will be broken and lost its dehydration properties.
