二板市场又称创业板市场,其服务对象主要是中小企业与高科技企业。本文对二板市场的发展概况、二板市场的特点与作用,以及如何发展我国的二板市场等问题进行了探讨。
The second board market of stock exchange is the so-called undertaking board market of stock ex-change, which mainly serve the small and medium-sized enterprises and the high-tech enterprises. This paperinvestigates the development, the characteristics and the functions of this second block market with some sug-gestions for its further development.
