TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS AND LAW SYSTEM

当代科技进步需要法律制度的保障和推进。尽 管当代科技进步立法，尤其是中国科技进步立法取得了很大的成就，但仍存在不少问题，亟 需制定《科技投入法》，进一步完善农业科技法制，积极扶持我国高新技术产业的发展，健 全科技法人制度，努力营造科技人员脱颖而出的法制环境，推进科技的全面进步。

Nowadays we require law system to safeguard and adv ance technological progress. Though we have achieved great success in legislation of technological progress, especially in China, yet we still need to institute Sc ience and Technology Inputs Law to consummate agricultural science and technolog y law system futher more. We will actively support the development of our count ry′ s high technological industry, perfect technological legal person law and create highly advantageous law circumstances for technologists to push the development of technology perfectly.
