摘要
大港油田孔大站至南一站输油管道,采用由日本进口的219×6的钢管,全长20.5km。采用黄夹克泡沫塑料防腐保温,到1991年3月共有15处发生20次腐蚀穿孔,多数穿孔点集中分布在管道接口附近以及固定支墩附近等处,分析了这些地方腐蚀穿孔的原因;检测了泡沫塑料层和夹克层的质量,分析了夹克层周向应力开裂的原因是受夹克层制品在生产成型时的温度和拉伸力大小的影响;指出了环氧煤沥青玻璃布是一种比较理想的泡沫塑料保护层,并给出了保护层的结构及厚度;最后指出采取防腐保温与阴极保护并用措施,可最大限度地降低腐蚀穿孔;应对夹克料进行改性研究,增加其弹性,提高聚乙烯耐应力开裂性能;交联聚乙烯热收缩带是聚乙烯夹克的配套补口材料;处于低洼地区的夹克泡沫塑料管道的现场修补技术,都有待进一步研究。
The total length of oil-transfer pipeline from Kongda station to Nanyi station, Dagang oilfield is 20. 5km. The anticorrosion and thermal insulation adopts 'yellow jacket' foamed plastics. By March 1991. 15 places and 20 times corrosive perforations occored on the pipeline. Most of them took place on close to the 3 places: joints of pipe, passing through or cutting across places, flxing piers. The article analyses the reason of the corrosive perforations , tests the quality of foamed plastics and the 'jacket '. The author holds that the split of 'jacket ' is mainly effected by the temperature and stretching firce in course of the forming of the coating.
