论我国国有企业代理阶层激励与约束机制的完善

On Perfecting Encouragement and Control Mechanism of Agent Class of SOEs

国有企业在公司制改造过程中 ,存在着代理阶层激励不足、约束软化等问题。而要解决这些问题 ,一方面要通过设计合理的报酬结构等措施 ,强化对代理阶层的激励机制 ;另一方面通过公司法人治理结构的完善和市场体系的健全 。

During the course of the reform of state-owned enterprises(SOEs),there are the lack of effective encouragement and control mechanism to agent class of our enterprises.The article has analyzed this issue and reasons.It points out that:On the one hand,it would carry out a series of measures,such as designing the reasonable rewards structure to strengthen the encouragement mechanism of agent class,on the other hand, it would perfect the governance structure of corporate legal entity and amplify the market system to normalize the control mechanism of agent class.
