Reconstruction and Innovation of Organization and Administration Based on Advanced Manufacturing Technology

制造业生产方式的发展经历了三个阶段 ,同时推动了相应组织管理模式的变革。然而 70年代以来 ,大多数企业引进先进制造生产方式后 ,却沿用了传统的组织管理模式。传统组织管理模式与先进制造技术之间存在很多矛盾 ,影响了先进制造技术的应用效果。必须按顾客驱动、柔性化、集成化、过程导向等原则 。

Correponding to three phases of the development of the manufacturing production pattern, the relevant changes of mode of organitation and administration are promoted. However, the traditional mode of organization and administration is still used in most of the enterprises. The contradicitions between the traditional organization and management mode have affected on the application of advanced manufacturing technology. The mode of organization and administration based on advanced manufacturing technology must be transformed and reconstructed with the principles of customer-driven, flexible, process-directed and integrated.
