摘要
新世纪、新时代的到来，对教师的心理素质提出了更高的要求。当前我国教师的心理素质中存在不少缺失和问题，如缺少创新素质，情绪调控力、挫折承受力、心理健康水平低。优化教师心理素质主要策略是，为教师创设宽松、和谐的工作环境，提高教师优化自身心理素质的自觉性、科学性，并进行心理专业技术方面的指导。
Much more requirements for teachers' psychological quality are put forward with the coming of new century. At present our teachers'psychological quality exists a few problems. The main countermeasures of optimizing the psychological quality are to create a harmonious atmosphere and improve teachers consciousness and scientific attitudes so as to optimize their psychological quality.
