摘要
中国的改革开放带来的中国社会的高速发展以及知识经济呼之欲出的全球大背景，导致了中等师范学校必须转型的历史命运。中等师范学校如何转型？如何面对新的历史条件下的新情况？中等师范学校只有不等、不靠，积极主动地去思考与探索中师布局的调整，才能走出困境，获得新生。
The development at top speed of Chinese society and the coming of intellectual economy at the background of the whole world caused the historical fate that secondary normal schools must change the formation. How to change and face the new situations under such historical circumstances? Secondary normal schools can not wait and rely on others, but think and practice positivly the adjustments in the distribution. Only that can schools go out of difficulties and achieve new lives.
