新型油井三相分离计量装置

New Type Oil Well 3-Phase Separation-Measurement Device

新型油井三相分离计量装置是大庆油田注聚合物提高采收率试验区所设计量站中的核心设备。主要是由三相计量设备（包括三相分离器，油、气、水计量仪表，油、水液位控制仪表，高低液位报警仪表，压力控制器等）和仪表盘（包括油、气、水二次计量仪表，压力、温度显示仪表，工况显示灯，可燃气体报警仪等）所组成。试验结果表明，井液经该装置分离后，油中含水可达到15％以下，水中含油可达到0．15％以下，油、气、水的计量准确度分别达到了±2．54％、±士1．06％和±1．88％，满足了注聚合物提高采收率试验的要求。装置采用可调水堰管控制油水界面，油、水计量采用间歇计量方式，能够适应试验区油井产量变化幅度大的要求；所采用的控制仪表适应性强、性能稳定、控制灵活，既保证了安全操作，又满足了自动计量的要求。

Test result shows that:after well effluents go through the device,water cut in oil can be less than15 %,oil cut in water can be less than 0. 15%,the metering accuracy of oil,gas and water attains ± 2- 54%, ± 1. 06 % and ± 1. 88%respectively. It meets the needs of injecting polymers test to enhance recovery. The device uses adjustable water weir pipe to control oil-water interface,oil-water metering uses intermittent pattern,so that it can be suited to the changeable range of oil well out put in the test area. The control meters are strong in adaptability,stable in performance and flexlble in control,so that they ensure both the safety operation and meet the needs of automatic metering
