摘要 水泥浆特别是掺有外加剂的水泥浆体系在高温高压下的流变行为,不完全遵循二参数的宾汉模式和幂律模式,而遵循更复杂的三参致赫切尔-巴克莱模式。本文分析了水泥浆的结构,利用美国坎德尔公司的7400型高温高压流变仪,使用相应的数学处理技术,提出了基于赫切尔-巴克莱模式计算水泥浆高温高压下流变参数的方法。 Rheology of cement slurries at high temperatures and high pressures has been studied very little in China owing to lack of experimental means. In this work a set of rheological data is obtained by using high-temperature and highpressure rheometer 7400 of Candle co.,USA,and an expression of Herschel-Bulkley's(H-B) three-parameter model isderived by curve-fitting from these experimental data for a pure cement slurry at 52℃and 20 MPa, with the three parameters determined. The error analyses show that the H-B medel is superior to the power law model, not to say Bingham's, as the former is universal and closer to the real behavior of the system. The structure, rheology and mathematical models commonly used are prerented.
