摘要
落实和实践“三个代表”，就是要按照江泽民同志在东北三省党的建设和“十五”期间经济社会发展讲话的要求，牢记党的宗旨，最终体现在维护和发展最广大人民的根本利益上。
To carry out the“ Three－representative” is to reflect in the end the maintenance and development of the basic interest of the broad masses of the people,according to the speeches by Comrade JIANG Ze－min for the Party construction in the three Northeastern provinces and for the economic and social development during the“ ten－five” .
