目前农村基层干部值得重视的几个问题

Several Probloms to which the Basic－Cadres should Pay Attention in Current Rural Area

全省第五届村委换届选举工作结束后，面对广大农村基层干部中出现的新情况、新问题 ,如何解决，方法途径有四条：重视学好两个法规；正确处理六个关系；努力搞好四种服务；注重提高五种素质。

After the end of the fifth village exchange election,there are four ways to solve new conditions and new problems to which the whole basic－cadres are facing. Namely,1.Paying attention to study two statutes, 2.Dealing with six relations correctly, 3.Taking pains with four kinds of service, 4.laying stress on improving five kinds of quality.
