摘要
计算机网络的发展速度令人目不暇接 ,但是最能满足信息共享要求的最开放的网络系统恰恰是最不安全的系统 ,事实上信息共享与信息安全是网络上最大的悖论。要掌握计算机网络和计算机网络犯罪的主要特征 ,采取有效措施防范计算机网络犯罪 ,保护我国各类信息网络的安全 ,保证信息化进程健康发展。
The computer network is now developing at an astonishing speed,but the openest network system is exactly the least safe,and features of its crime suggest that effective measures must the taken to control the computer network crime,and to protect the safety of various information network and to guarantee the development process of information .
