摘要
本文综述了国内外反倾销工作的概况 ,分析了我国反倾销工作滞后的主要原因 ;通过典型案例分析 ,论述了反倾销工作的重要性 ,文中还详细描述了反倾销调查的程序 ,并特别提出当前应予关注的若干问题。在此基础上 ,对加强我国反倾销工作提出了若干建议。
This paper summarizes the general situation of anti dump domestic and abroad and analyzes the lag of anti dump in China.Through the analysis of representative cases,it also discusses the importance of anti dump and illustrates the procedure for anti dump investigation and existing problems.Based on the detailed analysis,the proposals to strengthening the anti dump are forwarded.
