本文揭示了人力资源及其资本性的特征 ,指明了人力资本是一种特殊的主体性资源 ,这种资本在经济和社会发展中具有重大作用 ,是当今中国迈向现代化的一大关节问题。本文还从人力资源开发的角度 ,对人力资本的理论研究进行了回顾 ,并对人力资本的投资效益进行了分析 ,最后按教育投资效益、保健投资效益。

The thesis reveals the human resources and its characters and suggests the capital is a special subjective capital.The capital is important for the devlopment of our society and economy.It reminds the theories of human rescources from the aspect of the development of human resources and analysis its effection.At the end of this thesis three formules are given according to the effects of education,health and the fluid of human rescources.
