摘要 采用岩芯试验方法评价了PMN(丙烯酰胺-丙烯腈共聚物)-PFR(酚醛树脂)高温抗盐调剖剂的性能,介绍了PMN-PFR调剖剂在中原石油勘探局4个油田28口注水井进行的矿场试验,包括调剖剂的注入工艺、调剖施工前后注水井与生产井的状况对比。室内与矿场试验结果表明,PMN-PFR调剖剂具有良好的性能,适用于高温高矿化度的砂岩地层调剖。 The PMN-PFR water-shutoff agent is a gellable solution of a polyacrylamide-co-acrylonitrile and a phenolformaldehyde resin for modification profile of injection wells in high-temperature and highly concentrated brine zones.Its laboratory performance is evaluated through core tests for resistance factor (48-452) ,residual.resistance fator (330-1142.5),pressure gradient at breakthrough (l. 6-42. 8 MPa/m) ,that is,.by 80-475 tims higher than that in water injection, water-plugging efficiency(99. 88-99. 70/% ) , the maximum decrease of water-plugging efficency after water floofing up to 240 Pv(0. 24 %). The field tests performed in 28 injection wells at 4 Oil Fields in Zhongyuan are all successful: the expiration time of the plugs created in 15 wells is over 8 months, the oil production increase and water production are observed in these Oil Fields.
