新型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂的合成、结构表征及缓蚀性能研究 被引量:30

摘要 用我国富产的天然油料与多胺反应制取了咪唑啉类缓蚀剂,使用红外光谱、紫外光谱、13C核磁共振谱、质谱方法对合成产物进行了结构表征,对此类缓蚀剂在盐酸和CO2饱和盐水中对碳钢的缓蚀效果进行了研究。 A new imidazoline corrosion inhibitor TIM1 is synthesized by reacting a natural oil and a polyamine,and the imidazoline obtained is structurally identified by IR,UV, 13C NMR and MS techniques. The inhibitory property of TIM1 against corrospon of carbon steel A3 in CO2 saturated 3% NaCl solution and in 1 mol/l hydrochloric acid at 70 ℃ is investigated ty weightloss and electrochemical methods. It is shown that the newly synthesized imidazoline TIM is a corrosion inhibitor that controls the cathodic processes of corrosion reactions in lartger extent than the anodic ones.
