摘要
本文通过对孤东油田小井距三元复合驱现场试验采出液的系统取样观察及浓度分析,介绍了采出液的相态变化特性、高含油乳化污水再回注、污水中组分浓度的变化规律及各化学剂的损耗。
The produced fluids from different producing wells in Gudong close spacing alkaline/surfactants/polymer flood pilot can be divided into two groups after phase separation at standing:①Ⅲ(-) type at the first stage of pilot,Ⅲ type at the second and Ⅲ (-) type at the last ;②Ⅲ(-) type at the whole pilot. The water phase separated is an emulsion of oil content 1-5% and is difficult to be purified in common ways and is reinjected into the reservoir as recovery fiuld.The systematical analysis of the separated water from every producing wells for components concentrations show that the total consumption of alkaline (Na_2CO_3) is 75. 7%, of polymer(3530 S)-75. 4%, of OP-10-96. 3% and of CY-1-96. 3% and 94. 3% in the whole pilot area.The surfactants losses determined in the separated water phase are high as 80%-90% of them might exist in the oil phase.
