摘要
随着人民物质文化生活水平的不断提高,新的健身项目越来越多。水中有氧健身是我国近年来刚刚开展的健身项目之一,它的出现受到广大健身者的喜爱。对我国当前大众水中有氧健身操的创编,从编排步骤、音乐选择、注意事项等方面进行全面的论述,旨在使更多的人了解此运动,使此运动在我国广泛推广。
There are more and more exercises with the developing of people life level. Aerobic body mechanics in water is a exercise that just appeared recently and it become popular quickly. Many fitness fans love this kind of exercise. This paper discusses the process of arrangement, the choice of music and the noticed things. The goal is to make more and more people know and popularize this exercise.
