摘要
本文介绍了以脲醛树脂为胶结剂的出砂油井固砂剂,考察了影响该剂固砂性能的各种因素,简介了在高含水出砂油井中应用该固砂剂的效果。
This urea-formaldehyde cementing agent for sand consolidation consists of resin UF-81,hardner NH_4Cl,coupling agent K,curing retarder N-S and water as pore-forming material and is developed for sand control in high water cut production wells of 40-70℃.The effects of formulation variables,curing temperature and time,contamination by crude oil,water satuation extent and various working fluids on bend strength and on permeability(in one case)of the cemented sand samples are investigated.In field uses in more than 60 wells the successfulness of operations is 81% and the average sand-controlling time is 212 days per an operatico. In high water cut oil wells decrease in water production is observed after the sand-controlling operations with this cementing agent.
