新型防卡降滤失剂PPL的研究与应用

FILTRATE-LOSS CONTROLLER/LUBRICATOR PPL FOR WATER-BASE DAILLING FLUIDS:RESEARCHES AND USES

防卡降滤失剂ＰＰＬ是以改性纤维素和多种表面活性剂为原料制得的乳状胶液。本文考察了ＰＰＬ的润滑性、降滤失性和抗温抗盐性能，介绍了ＰＰＬ在现场的应用情况。室内与现场试验表明，ＰＰＬ可降低聚合物重泥浆的泥饼摩擦系数和高温高压失水量，提高其抗可溶性盐污染的能力，适用于聚合物泥浆及其它水基泥浆。

PPL is a viscous emulsion prepared with a modified cellulose and several surfactants. The related properties of this chemical agent is investigated in laboratory for a weightened(ρ～2. 0g/cm￣3)polymer clay mud.Introducing PPL in 2%-5% into the mud significantly reduces the cake friction coefficient and HTHP filtrate loss and enhances the tolerence to soluble salts.The results of field tests in 14 wells show its excellent lubricity,filtrate-loss controllability,salts tolerence,and compatibility with other mud additives in weightened polymer and sulfo muds without enhancements in viscosity and yield behavior.
