冷东地区松散砂岩优化泥浆工艺技术

摘要 介绍了辽河油田冷43块的地质特点,分析了冷东地区先前使用分散泥浆和聚合物泥浆时出现的问题,在此基础上提出了用于松散砂岩地层的泥浆工艺技术。室内与现场试验结果表明,采用无机凝胶泥浆、屏蔽暂堵技术与复合堵漏技术,可保证井壁稳定、井眼规则,提高完井质量。 In east Lengjia district of Liaohe Oil Fielde, in block Leng 43 in particular,the sandstone reservoirs of viscous and heavy crude oil are poorly consolidated and such prodlems as borehole enlargement and lost circulation of drilling mud are always encountered in well drilling with common (polymer and dispersive) muds and lead to troubles in well cementing. A new drilling mud system and technology are developed and successfully used in 76 wells at block Leng 43 without any troubles indicated.The new mud is a bentonite mud gelled by inorganic structurer MLH-2(powder) or WJ-938(paste) and similar in properties to MMH mud.The mud technology involves introducing into the mud mixed sheilding/plugging materials before entering high permeable zones and mixed lost-circulation control materials when drilling in the thief zones.The rheologic and other behavior of the gelled mud and the selection and compounding of sheilding/plugging and lost-circulation control materials are described.
