摘要
本文从国家在经济法中的特定地位和作用入手 ,深入分析了国家主义在经济法中的多种表现及根源 。
Based on a country's special position and function in economic laws, this paper analyzes the various expressions and roots of nationalism in economic laws, thus putting forward concrete counter-measures in overcoming the hindrance of nationalism in the development of economic laws.
