新时期公安执法保障机制亟待完善

Urgent Perfection of Security System of Public Security Enforcement During the New Period

新时期我国社会治安形势依然严峻 ,现行保障警察执法的法律体系不够完善 ,公安民警的执法权益得不到有效保障 ,袭击民警的事 (案 )件不断发生 ,公安民警流血牺牲人数居高不下 ,警察职业已经成为当今中国和平岁月里最危险的职业。要遏制袭警现象的发生 ,有效保障公安民警的执法权益 ,最根本的问题是尽快地对我国现行保障警察执法的法律体系进行修改 ,建立科学的法律保障机制。

During the new period the situation of public security is still serious in our country,and the security system of public security law enforcement is not perfect enough,which can not guarantee the police's power to enforce law.As a result,the accidents of attacking police often take place,and the death rate of police has been increasing,which makes police the dangerous profession in peacetime.In order to control attacking police and to secure police's power to enforce law effectively,the fundamental way is to establish scientific security system by amending the present one as soon as possible.
