宗法制度作为一种社会制度 ,对蒙古族婚姻形态产生了很大影响。但是当今学术界尚无从宗法角度对此进行研究的文章。蒙古族进入阶级社会后 ,受到宗法思想的影响 ,形成了收继婚、抢婚制、世代婚、等级婚、入赘婚、买卖婚、抱斧婚等名目繁多的宗法性婚姻形态。在蒙古族历史上 ,宗法性婚姻缔结必须遵循的原则有父母主婚的原则、服从神权的原则和族外婚原则。蒙古族宗法性婚姻形态形成的原因 ,是由生活环境和历史传统。

The Patriarchal system have great effect to Mongolian marriage form as a social system, However,there are not the essay to study the patriarchal system from social angle.After Mongolian entered into class society,effected by patriarchal,They took shape of some marriage form such as continual marriage,despoil marriage,inherit marriage,grade marriage,etc.In Mongolian history,the patriachal system have these principles of parent decision marriage,obey religious power and outer clan marriage.The reason of Mongolian patriarchal system form is made by life envinonment,historical tradition,religion and other national effect.
