摘要
权力腐败是当今人们关注的热点,如何遏制权力腐败又是一个难点,如何从制度建设这个根本上对权力腐败进行遏制?提出遏制权力腐败的根本在制度建设,加强制度建设遏制权力腐败需要:转变政府职能,防止政府领导及部门在市场经济条件下权力的泛化和滥用;健全完善监督制约机制;加强立法,反腐倡廉制度法制化、系统化。
Power corrupt is hot spot that now people pay close attention to ,how to contain power corrupt is difficulty,how to contain power corrupt from the basis of system building?Put forward that the basis containing power corrupt is system building,to strengthen system building contain power corrupt it needs:change government function,prevent abuse of power of government leaders and departments under the condition of market economy;strengthen and perfect supervirory and restrictive system ;strengthen legislation,the system of opposing corrupt and advocating honest ,must be legalitinization and systematize.
