An Analysis of the Thoughts of Jiang Zemin on the Perfection of Leading System and Working Mechanism of the Party

党的领导体制和工作机制事关党的执政地位和社会主义的前途命运。江泽民十分重视完善党的领导体制和工作机制。在党的领导体制上,要重点处理好党政、党委与人大、党的领导和民主党派参政议政三个关系,在党内工作机制上,要建立健全党建工作责任制、党内领导工作制度和党内监督机制。

The leading system and working mechanism of the Party concern the position in power of the Party and the destiny and future of the socialist society. Jiang Zemin pays close attention to the perfection of the leading system and working mechanism of the Party. On the leading system of the Party, must stressly handle three relationship between Party committee and government, Party committee and the National Peoples Congress , the leading of the Party and democratic parties participating and discussing in government and political affairs. On the working mechanism of the Party, must set up and strengthen system of job responsibility of the work of Party construction, the system of leading work of the Party and the mechanism of supervision of the Party.
