摘要
从纵向来看,邓小平的科技意识有一个萌芽、成熟和提升的过程;从横向来看,邓小平科技意识包括科技认知、科技情感和科技意志三个方面。邓小平的科技意识具有鲜明的时代性,在推动中国科技事业发展方面起着十分重要的作用。
Viewed from history,Deng Xiaoping s ideology of science and technology came into being through three stages:the embryonic stage,the maturing stage and the sublimating stage.While vie wed from the ideology itself,it includes three aspects:the recognition of science and technolo gy,the affection for science and technology,and the willpower for scien ce and technology.
